The Challenge

For many years, EMD Serono has had a presence at many congresses across multiple therapy areas for both commercial and medical affairs. The objective for the AAN congress was to ensure that the company name, their scientific expertise and their commitment to multiple sclerosis was seen and understood by all stakeholders.

We needed to create a new approach to congress engagement that met the needs of both physical and virtual congress attendees.

The “I’m facing MS” integrated delegate engagement strategy, included elements which reached beyond standard digital, incorporating email, website, tactical booth activities, virtual thought leader videos and social media to create an absorbing experience.
